A host on every table, working with your team, so every guest leaves still smiling.
One QR code on every table opens your menu on the guest’s phone, with no app to download. Guests choose and order, ask for water, a waiter or the bill in a tap, and tell you privately how the meal is going while they’re still there.
Orders go to a kitchen or bar screen, or to your waiter if you use a POS. Requests reach one shared floor screen, and your manager hears at once when a table needs a person. At the bill, guests get a Meal card of what they ate, rate it, and can write a review that comes to you first.
AI drafts your replies; your team decides and sends. Reports show what guests loved and what to fix. StillSmiling is built in India for independent restaurants, cafés, bars and pubs, on the phones and tablets you already have.

StillSmiling reads every note and drafts a reply. It never sends a message or posts a review on its own; a member of your team decides what goes out.

Guests scan the code on their table with their phone camera, with no app to download. Your team works on the phones and tablets it already has, with or without a POS.
Guest data stays private.
We never sell or share guest data. A guest’s name and contact details are erased 30 days after their visit; what they told you stays with you.
