This page covers this website. In short: we keep only what you send us when you ask for a free trial, we use it only to reply to you, and we never sell or share it.
When you ask for a free trial
The form asks for three things:
- your name,
- the name of your place, and what kind of place it is,
- a WhatsApp number.
We use them to reply to you on WhatsApp and to set up your trial. We don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t send you bulk messages.
Where it’s kept
Your request is stored in our own database, hosted by Supabase. The website runs on Vercel. Only the StillSmiling team can read your request.
Nothing else is collected
This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies of its own. The film plays from this site rather than from a video service.
Seeing or deleting it
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it or delete it at any time. Message us on WhatsApp and say so, and we’ll do it.
If you’re a guest at a place that uses StillSmiling
The place you visited decides what it asks you for and why. StillSmiling keeps that information for them and doesn’t use it for anything else. Your name and contact details are erased 30 days after your visit; what you said about your meal stays with the place.
